You confirm you own the item or have permission for it to be framed
Turnaround time may take up to 16 working days, depending on the framing service selected
Collection and drop-off of shirts and frames can be arranged by prior agreement
All frames are custom-made — refunds only if an item is damaged or incorrect
Shipping is available; courier delays are outside of our control
Finished frames may be shared on our page unless you request otherwise
